Principal's Message

Cisneros' Headshot

Dear Ramona Students and Parents,

Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year, a year to re-engage you to Ramona High School.

It is our hope that you made the best of this past summer and you had time to be with your “peeps” who wrap their arms around you and help one another continue this journey. We are excited to welcome back our Rams to a #RamTastic school year ahead of us. This year more than ever, we strongly encourage each and every student to immerse themself in the Ramona life, whether it is joining one of the 60+ clubs we have on campus, competing as an athlete representing the Rams at all levels, or performing in our multi-million dollar stage. We want you all to be a part of what makes Ramona the beacon of our community. We are happy to have you here.
This is your home, The Home of the Rams.

We aim to continue on with our mission to enhance teaching and learning with innovative practices. We have three primary goals: Student Well-Being, Acceleration, and Educator Support. Each one of these will be the key to ensuring the success of our Rams and ultimately, the success of our community. We encourage participation from all our stakeholders. We have a number of ways for parents to get involved in their student’s education, join our PTSA, take part in a workshop at our Parent Engagement Center, visit our campus for all of the events you are able to be a part of, or contribute as a member of our School Site Council. High school is a time when our children need our support, we need to ensure that our school-to-home partnership is strong.

Throughout the year, we will send out updates and information through texts, email blasts, social media, and newsletters. We also strongly encourage our students to be advocates of their education and we frequently send messages directly to student emails. Ask them about the administration messages that they receive directly from us. We encourage you to frequently check our website at ramona.riversideunified.org for current information. Communication is key, so make sure that we have your most current contact information.

We look forward to the many successes, challenges, and experiences that the upcoming school year will bring.

Sincerely,

Victor Cisneros
